Once again the Island Equipment Owners Association (IEOA) has completed another very successful community project on August 8, 2015 with the excavation and berm work for the naturalized playspace at Central Middle School. Central Middle School is very grateful for the time, expertise and equipment that was donated for this project. This project has been endorsed by School District 61 and is supported by a partnership between the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education – due to the correlation between health and achievement. This project creates a space that will allow for stress reduction, unstructured and passive play and for age appropriate social gathering.
